Rockford went onto a roll, scoring three more goals in the final frame with more goals by Brian Connelly, Akim Aliu and Mark Cullen. Every player except Bryan Bickell on the Rockford roster had either a goal, an assist or a shot on goal in a game that saw a lot of depth. Cullen was noted for three points and four players received at least two points.
