Senior captain Mike Testwuide ripped a one-timer past Minnesota-Duluth goalie Brad Hjelle with 7:08 left in the first period for a 1-0 lead headed into the first intermission.

The goal went just as drawn up on the boarding practice.

Rylan Schwartz sent a quick pass to Tim Hall along the goalie line, who sent a quick centering pass to Testwuide before any of the Bulldog defenders could react.
