I’ve had fun (admittedly, not as much fun as Mr. Krug is having in the picture to the left) delving into the CCHA blogs more this offseason thanks to CC going to the Great Lakes Invitational this December.

Earlier this month, Inside College Hockey profiled Torey Krug. To their credit, they were on the ball since he was just named captain as a sophomore.

Speaking of tournaments, here’s some historical info on CC at the Kendall Hockey Classic, hosted by Anchorage opening weekend. Air Force and North Dakota will be in that tournament against Anchorage and Fairbanks while CC faces the same teams in Fairbanks the following weekend. Looking forward to my first trip to Alaska.
