Bemidji lost its first big-time signing since joining the WCHA.

Jaden and Rylan’s sister Mandi Schwartz’s leukemia has gone into remission for the third time, opening the door for a transplant, that was originally scheduled for Aug. 26. Unfortunately, she is now battling an infection that will delay things further.

Minnesota has high hopes as the offseason winds down, thanks in part to the return of Jay Barriball.

Don Lucia also weighs in on a number of topics while at the state fair.
